The spacious family room accommodated two queen beds and a large baby cot with ease. I loved the luxurious bathroom, complete with a separate tub and a TV for ultimate relaxation. The generous complimentary snacks and drinks were a pleasant surprise, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of both Western and Chinese options. The staff were attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel room was very elegant with comfortable beds and a great selection of teas and coffees. The staff were friendly and obliging, always willing to help and very professional. We enjoyed the large bathroom and the wonderful view of the town and mountains from our room.

The toilet position in the room made it near to impossible to use with very little leg room. The ramp to the parking garage was too steep and had a speed bump, which caused damage to the undercarriage of our car.
